Michael Ellwood - Managing Director
Michael has over 40 years’ experience in the Construction Industry with a wide range of knowledge in all aspects of construction, from commercial, education, health and residential projects. Michael has worked for Speltham Contracts since 1977 where he started working as an apprentice brick layer. By 1994 Michael had been promoted to site manager and by 2003 purchased the business. Since taking over Michael has lead Speltham to become the successful building company it is today.
Steve Gill - Estimator/Contracts Manager
Steve has been employed by Speltham Contracts for over 15 years and has a great deal of experience in the construction industry. Steve has excellent communication skills and provides a personalised and bespoke service to all our clients. Steve is committed to delivering projects to the highest quality within programme. Steve has a proven ability of maintaining high levels of health and safety on our construction sites and ensures the complete satisfaction of our clients.
